II. Material Composition of Lighting Painting​​

(1) LED Big Eyes:​​

Low-voltage design: 24V DC voltage, fully waterproof structure, highly adaptable.

Bright and vibrant colors: capable of monochromatic or rainbow-changing effects.

Ultra-low energy consumption: 5-10W power consumption per square meter; total energy consumption for a 300㎡ lighting painting is only 1.2KW-2.5KW.

High durability: lifespan ranges from 5,000 to 50,000 hours.

​(2) LED Rainbow Tube Lights:​​

Excellent shock resistance, tensile strength, and compression resistance.

Outstanding flexibility.

High-brightness design: uniform and translucent light with exceptional "halo effect."

Superior light continuity: produces consistent and seamless linear illumination.

Uniform light direction: resolves directional issues of LED tube lights in lighting painting applications.

​(3) Flame-Retardant Lighting Mesh:​​

High-strength design with exceptional weather resistance.

Large mesh structure: low wind resistance and superior windproof performance.

Flame-retardant properties: meets V0 standard for plastic fire safety (self-extinguishing upon flame removal).

​​III. Techniques of Lighting Painting​​

(1) Mesh-Mounted Lighting Painting:​​

Rapid production, relatively quick construction, low cost, simple installation, and minimal constraints by site conditions, enabling diverse visual expressions. However, during daytime, its surface flatness is slightly inadequate; additionally, mesh lines and cables are visible on the front side.

(2) Adhesive-Backed Lighting Painting:​​

Rapid material preparation process; materials tightly adhere to building facades with reliable durability. Exceptional visual presentation under daylight conditions. However, on-site construction efficiency is relatively low; additionally, its exposed wiring is visible upon close inspection. Installation is site-restricted, primarily suitable for surfaces like glass, aluminum composite panels, and polished stone materials.

(3) Panel-Based Lighting Painting:​​

Excellent surface flatness with distinct 3D visual effects; concealed wiring design ensures a clean overall appearance. Lightweight materials guarantee high safety. However, production speed is relatively slow (daily production capacity: 50-100㎡); manual installation efficiency is also low. Additionally, the product’s cost is relatively high.
