In 1999, Night Rainbow planned and designed a large - scale lighting painting for urban image display. The artwork was selected as part of the "Night Rhythm of Pearl River", the top - ranked scene among the Eight Scenes of Yangcheng (Guangzhou). It received unanimous acclaim from all sectors of society and significantly boosted the development of Guangzhou's night - time tourism economy.
